Since long I have been thinking of writing down my views,
ideas, philosophies and experiences about life. But every time, ideas keep roaming all around
in my mind and then at times I realize this should be happening with everyone,
what is new about it. I experienced lately that one should know to express
their feelings and ideas as not everyone can exactly say in words. Also, it
helps in understanding the underlying phenomena sometimes we are not able to see. Feelings arise and die somewhere amid daily chores, if not expressed to any means. And at times, it gets mixed with lot of different emotions and difficult to find its journey. So, now I have thought once I am overwhelmed with many emotions/feelings, express it to the world. If it will not help anyone, at least I will help myself to come out from one atmosphere, I will be able to detach from one environment to switch to another which is very much essence of life. Well!! What I said.. Detach.. yes I have been realizing this quite often now how detachment from one thing is so important to move on. Each detachment in life makes person more stronger.
But this does not mean I am going in the path of "Nirvana". Frankly speaking , now I am actually realizing what is detachment. And it is helping me to groom myself for better mindset. And a positive mindset is required to feel happiness around you. If you keep yourself attached to too many things/activities, then adding new to that regime becomes difficult or challenging. As rightly said, move on with the changes around you and let small small things be ignored. These help one to relieve stress.
As a mother of two kids, staying with family and of course I am working as well, have been very well experiencing the daily life I have been exposed to. I have been working from home since my first son is born.From morning I get up till night, you have list of actions to be completed running at the back of your mind. Whether you are in middle of client calls or in middle of any important issue discussing with entire team, all this does not make any difference if anything is required at the same time in home. So, you are always exposed to fire-fighting situation, dealing with priorities. A very important dilemma here: Your child crying on some random issue is the most critical one or the client mentioning there is some where around 500$ impact because of this job failure or the cook has not turned up or the care taker's son/relative caught in some health issues or if not your parent called you and you could not speak.You know at one time you have to give priority to only one thing and most the time we will feel I should have done this that time when we will re-think over whole situation. One way to deal with such situations,relax and think of all the issues in hand for a minute. Still, there will be no right or wrong but never have guilt on same.If yes, you feel that you should have done other way, then just keep that in mind for next time but detach yourself from that guilt or negative feeling. Keep detaching all kind of negativities around you as that occupy a much larger space in brain which does not let think or work other items properly.Everything falls in place, just have patience and let time take its turn.
